„Twój Vincent” z kolejną nominacją w Hollywood

[SEZON NAGRÓD 2017/2018] Gildia Scenografów ogłosiła nominacje do swoich dorocznych nagród. Wręczone zostaną one po raz 22. za osiągniecia w filmach, telewizji, reklamie, przy wideoklipach oraz po raz pierwszy przy filmach animowanych. Nominację w tej ostatniej kategorii otrzymał Matthew Button za pracę przy „Twoim Vincencie”.

Nominacja dla „Twojego Vincenta” to kolejne znaczące wyróżnienia dla polsko-brytyjskiej produkcji. W gronie animacji, które po raz pierwszy rywalizowały będą o tę nagrodę znalazły się także: „Coco”, „Auta 3”, „Gru, Dru i Minionki” oraz „Lego Batman: Film”. Nominowany za „Twojego Vincenta” Matthew Button to brytyjski scenograf, który na swoim koncie ma prace przy takich filmach, jak m.in.: „Zawód: gangster”, „Dead Man Running”, „Rabusie kontra zombie”, „The Silent Storm”, „Damascus Cover”.

Nominacje scenografów podzielone są na kategorie poświęcone także filmom współczesnym, fantastycznym i historycznym. Dzięki takiemu podziałowi nominacje otrzymali twórcy m.in.: „Dunkierki”, „Kształtu wody”, „Morderstwa w Orient Ekspresie”, „Blade Runner 2049”, „Gwiezdnych wojen: Ostatniego Jedi”, „Uciekaj!”, „Lady Bird”, „Logana”. W kategoriach telewizyjnych doceniono zaś „Grę o tron”, „Opowieść podręcznej” i „Stranger Things”.
