Czarna Pantera

Przeszły prawie niezauważone. Pod koniec czerwca rozdano Saturny, nagrody które przyznaje Akademia Science Fiction, Fantasy i Horroru. Pięć nagród zdobyła „Czarna Pantera”, trzy otrzymał „Ostatni Jedi”. W kategoriach telewizyjnych po trzy nagrody zdobyły “Better Call Saul” i “Twin Peaks”. Saturny przyznano po raz 44.

Saturny przyznają nagrody produkcjom, które mierzą się z trudną sztuką tworzenia filmów i seriali gatunkowych. Stąd tak wiele kategorii doceniających właśnie m.in. fantastykę naukową, fantasy, horror, kino akcji, filmy komiksowe czy thrillery.

„Czarna Pantera” zdobyła pięć nagród, w tym za najlepszy film komiksowy, za reżyserię, drugoplanową rolę kobiecą (Danai Gurira), scenografię i charakteryzację. Najlepszy film fantastycznonaukowy to „Blade Runner 2049”, a fantasy to oscarowy „Kształt wody”. Można było się tego spodziewać, że „Uciekaj!” będzie najlepszym horrorem, a „Coco” najlepszą animacją. „Gwiezdne wojny: Ostatniego Jedi” doceniono za scenariusz, montaż i za rolę Marka Hamilla. Gal Gadot to najlepsza aktorka za rolę w „Wonder Woman”. Patrick Stewart zdobył wyróżnienie za drugoplanową rolę w „Loganie”, a nowy Spider-Man, czyli Tom Holland to najlepszy młody aktor.
