Branża dokumentalistów przy Amerykańskiej Akademii Filmowej
wytypowała 166 tytułów, które będą rywalizowały o Oscara w kategorii dotyczącej
pełnometrażowych filmów dokumentalnych. W tym gronie znalazły się filmy z
Polski, w tym zdobywca europejskiego Oscara „Komunia” w reżyserii Anny
Zameckiej i „Opera o Polsce” Piotra Stasika.
Skrócona lista 15 pełnometrażowych filmów dokumentalnych zabiegających
o pięć nominacji a potem jednego Oscara ogłoszona zostanie 17 grudnia. Na dzień
dzisiejszy wśród 166 filmów na szerokiej liście kandydatów jest wiele
dokumentów o znaczącej pozycji i cieszącej się za oceanem wielkim uznaniem.
Wśród poważnych kandydatów do nominacji jest „Komunia” w reżyserii Anny

Drugim polskim dokumentem znajdującym się na szerokiej
