Amerykańska Akademia przyjęła 398 osób. 5 Polek!

Amerykańska Akademia Sztuki i Wiedzy Filmowej zaprosiła w swoje szeregi kolejne 398 osób. W tym gronie znajdują się liczni przedstawiciele polskiej kinematografii, w tym m.in. Joanna Kulig, reżyserka Agnieszka Smoczyńska i montażystka Agnieszka Glińska. Jeśli wszyscy przyjmą zaproszenie, liczba osób w Akademii przekroczy 10 tysięcy osób.

W tym momencie w Akademii znajduje się 34 procent kobiet, 18 procent osób z niedostatecznie reprezentowanych społeczności etnicznych i rasowych oraz 20 procent osób z krajów i terytoriów spoza Stanów Zjednoczonych.

Oczywiście wielu jest tutaj twórców, którzy w tym roku zdobyli Oscary i nominacje, a chyba najbardziej reprezentowana jest oczywiście ekipa „Wszystko wszędzie naraz”. W gronie zaproszonych znajduje się 79 nominowanych do Oscarów i 22 zdobywców tej nagrody. Wśród zaproszonych znaleźli się m.in. Austin Butler, reżyser „Na zachodzie bez zmian” Edward Berger oraz autor „Blisko” Lukas Dhont. Są w tym gronie Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, twórcy „RRR”, reprezentujący międzynarodową społeczność filmową Paul Mescal i Kerry Condon.

Nas najbardziej cieszy przyjęcie do Akademii oczywiście polskich twórców. Jest ich w tym roku wielu. W tym gronie znalazła się Joanna Kulig, która zagrała w „Zimnej wojnie”, w gronie autorów zdjęć jest Jolanta Dylewska, wśród osób pracujących w montażu znalazła się Agnieszka Glińska, scenarzystów reprezentuje Ewa Piaskowska, a w prestiżowym gronie reżyserów/reżyserek znalazła się Agnieszka Smoczyńska. W gronie nowych osób znalazł się też pochodzący z Polski Arek Komorowski, który dziś pracuje przy tworzeniu efektów wizualnych do największych filmów z Hollywood, a przed laty pracowałem z nim w portalu Stopklatka.pl (taka mała i fajna historia!).
