Hiszpańska Akademia Filmowa ogłosiła nominacje do swoich dorocznych nagród Goya. Na czele nominacji znajdują się „20 000 gatunków pszczół” i „Śnieżne bractwo”.
Liście przewodzi film „20 000 gatunków pszczół”, debiut baskijskiej reżyserki Estibaliz Urresola Solaguren, który otrzymał aż 15 nominacji. Powszechnie uważany za jeden z najlepszych hiszpańskich filmów 2023 roku, swoją premierę miał na festiwalu w Berlinie, gdzie doceniono go nagrodą aktorską. Dziesięcioletnia (!) Sofia Otero jest najmłodszą w historii Berlinale laureatką tej nagrody. 13 nominacji do Goya zdobył film JA Bayony „Śnieżne bractwo”, zrealizowany dla Netflixa film katastroficzny, który zamykał tegoroczny festiwal w Wenecji, a którego polska premiera odbyła się niedawno na EnergaCamerimage. To zdecydowanie bardziej realistyczna wersja historii grupy urugwajskich sportowców, których samolot rozbił się w Andach w 1972 roku, a oni zmuszeni byli przebywać tam wiele tygodni.
W gronie najlepszych europejskich filmów nominowanych przez Hiszpańską Akademię Filmową znalazły się m.in. „Aftersun”, „Anatomia upadku” i „Osiem gór”.
