Polska etiuda kandyduje do studenckiego Oscara

"Oro Blanco", Gisela Carbajal Rodríguez z University of Television and Film Munich (HFF) - Niemcy
"The Winds Heritage", Alejandra Retana, César Camacho and César Hernández z University of Guadalajara - Meksyk

Student Academy Awards powołano w 1972 roku. Corocznie Akademia przyznaje nagrody w 4 kategoriach studenckich: film fabularny, dokumentalny, animowany i alternatywny/eksperymentalny. Laureaci studenckiego Oscara otrzymali potem, w trakcie "dorosłej" kariery, aż 62 nominacji i 11 statuetek w historii Oscarów. Należą do nich m.in.: Pete Docter, Robert Zemeckis, Patricia Riggen, Cary Fukunaga, Patricia Cardoso and Spike Lee.

Tegoroczna ceremonia wręczenia studenckich Oscarów odbędzie się 18 października w Samuel Goldwyn Theater w Los Angeles. [źródło PWSTiTV]
