Basia (35), udaje przed mężem, że wszystko jest z nią w porządku. Na egzaminach wstępnych do szkoły aktorskiej poznaje Alicję (20 l) i jej niemowlę, którym się opiekuje. Po wymagającym występie i trudnej konfrontacji z mężem postanawia porwać dziecko Alicji i nieumyślnie naraża je na niebezpieczeństwo. Ten wstrząs sprawia, że Basia staje się gotowa na zmiany i uzdrowienie.
