Nominacje do kolejnych nagród dla dokumentów

Znane są już nominacje do International Documentary Association Awards. Liderem nominacji jest „Crip Camp”, który zdobył pięć nominacji. Dokumenty „Time” i „MLK/FBI” zdobyły po cztery nominacje.

W tym roku wpłynęło 1056 zgłoszeń do tych nagród: 365 pełnometrażowe filmy dokumentalne, 153 krótkometrażowe filmy dokumentalne, 153 seriale dokumentalne, 52 filmy studenckie, 39 dokumentów muzycznych oraz 33 dokumenty audio i podcasty. Zanotowano też rekordowe 40 procent zgłoszeń produkcji międzynarodowych lub koprodukcji.

Laureatów nagród poznamy w połowie stycznia przyszłego roku. To jedna z tych nagród, które celnie typują kandydatów do Oscarów.
