Nominacje krytyków z Londynu

[SEZON NAGRÓD 2021/2022] Swoje doroczne nominacje ogłosiło Londyńskie Koło Krytyków Filmowych. Na czele nominacji znalazły się „Psie pazury” Jane Campion.

Na liście najlepszych filmów znalazło się dziesięć filmów, w tym „Belfast”, „Diuna” i „West Side Story”, ale też japoński „Drive My Car”, brytyjski „The Souvenir Part II” i francuski „Titane”. Listę najlepszych filmów uzupełniają „Licorice Pizza”, „The Lost Daughter” i „Memoria”.

Generalnie filmy wyreżyserowane przez kobiety zdominowały tegoroczne nominacje krytyków z Londynu. Poza dokonaniem Jane Campion, na liście z największą liczbą nominacji znalazły się filmy Maggie Gyllenhaal „The Lost Daughter” (6 nominacji)  i Joanny Hogg „The Souvenir Part II” (5 nominacji). Także kobiety przeważają na liście nominacji za reżyserię, ale zamiast Gyllenhaal, o nagrodę powalczy Céline Sciamma. Listę reżyserską uzupełniają Ryûsuke Hamaguchi i Denis Villeneuve.

Paul Thomas Anderson i Wes Anderson znaleźli się w gronie nominowanych scenarzystów, a na liście są też japońscy twórcy „Drive My Car” oraz Jane Campion i Maggie Gyllenhaal.

Aktorskie nominacje zdobyli m.in.: Olivia Colman, Penelope Cruz, Kristen Stewart, Benedict Cumberbatch, dość niespodziewanie Adam Driver za „Annette”, Oscar Isaac, trójka aktorów drugoplanowych z „Psich pazurów” i dwójka aktorek z „West Side Story”.

Nie ma większych niespodzianek wśród filmów zagranicznych, ale cieszy obecność na liście „Petite Maman” i „The Worst Person in the World”. Wśród najlepszych dokumentów znalazły się m.in. „Przeżyć”, „Gunda” i „Najpiękniejszy chłopiec na świecie”.
