Nominacje do nagród Goya, hiszpańskich Oscarów

[SEZON NAGRÓD 2017/2018] Hiszpańska Akademia Filmowa ogłosiła nominacje do 32 edycji swoich nagród. Najwięcej nominacji otrzymał „Giant”, który rywalizował będzie o 13 nagród.

O nominacje i potem nagrody Goya rywalizowało w sumie 130 filmów, które powstały w 2017 roku w hiszpańskiej kinematografii. To mniej więcej dwa razy więcej, niż powstaje filmów w naszym kraju.

Najwięcej nominacji do nagród Goya otrzymała baskijska produkcja zatytułowana „Giant”, która bazuje na prawdziwej historii. Bohaterem filmu jest powracający z wojny Martin, którego młodszy brat Joaquin choruje na gigantyzm. Martin przekonany jest, że wszyscy będą chcieli zapłacić, by oglądać najwyższego człowieka na Ziemi. Rodzeństwo rusza w długą podróż po Europie, podczas której ambicja, pieniądze i sława na zmienią los rodziny.

12 nominacji do Goya otrzymał film „The Bookshop” w reżyserii Isabel Coixet. „The Motive” zdobył dziewięć nominacji. „Summer 1993” debiut Carli Simón, „Abracadabra” Pablo Bergera mają po osiem nominacji, a horror „Verónica” otrzymał ich siedem.
