swoją upragnioną nagrodę dla najlepszego aktora w serialu dramatycznym. Jednak
w głównej dramatycznej kategorii "Mad Men" musiał uznać wyższość
"Gry o tron", która zdobyła też nagrody za reżyserię, scenariusz oraz
rolę drugoplanową Petera Dinklage'a. W sumie zaś serial otrzymał 12 nagród Emmy, wraz z tymi w zeszłym tygodniu za osiągnięcia techniczne i jest to rekordowa liczba tych wyróżnień za pojedynczy sezon. Wśród seriali komediowych zwyciężyła
