Pierwsze nagrody Emmy rozdane

Podczas rozdania pierwszych tegorocznych 68. Creative Arts Emmy Awards serial nie miał sobie równych zdobywając siedem nagród (m.in. za casting, charakteryzację, kostiumy, scenografię, pracę kaskaderów i efekty wizualne). „Gra o tron” otrzymała w sumie w tym roku 23 nominacje do Emmy. Drugim najczęściej nominowanym serialem był “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story”, który w sobotni wieczór otrzymał dwie nagrody. Nagrody zdobyły też m.in. „Downton Abbey”, “American Horror Story: Hotel”, “The Man in the High Castle”, “Fargo”. Swoje pierwsze nagrody Emmy otrzymały bardzo lubiane seriale: „Mr. Robot”, „Jessica Jones” i „Crazy Ex-Girlfriend”.
